    How grim is this. The quenelle is an inverted form of the Nazi salute. I’d guess most in France know that : “Waiters serve up a dish of antisemitism”

    Karen Pollock of has called on social media firms to take action, saying: "if somebody denies the Holocaust on Facebook, that is allowed to stay there. But if somebody posts a naked picture, it would be removed."

    What an amazing man - Georges Loinger was a French Jewish resistance fighter who saved hundreds of Jewish children during WWII. He passed away yesterday at the age of 108. Hero. May his memory be a blessing.

    Mazel tov to these incredible people! The impact these Holocaust survivors have had on the next generation is immeasurable and we owe them a huge debt of gratitude. This so well deserved and all of us feel proud and honoured to know you. Congratulations!

  18. How could we forget our beloved survivors and friends Alec Ward, Sabina Miller, Josef Perl and Gena Turgel. They left an indelible mark on thousands of students’ lives, as well as our own . We miss them.
