It is completely unacceptable for the city and the county to not work together to confront the homelessness crisis in Los Angeles.
That ends when I become mayor.

The county has vast amounts of vacant land, our money, etc. They MUST provide us ‘campuses’, with areas for camping & parking, shelter if wanted, porta potties, food, water, charging,health & addiction care. Away from residences,sidewalks, parks & beaches. Now,so our city is safe
