I don’t want Los Angeles to become a city that only the very rich can afford.
My daughter, like so many other young people, is considering moving out of L.A. because it’s just too expensive to live here.
It’s past time to invest in affordable housing.

No, Karen. Address the elephant in the room that we are allowing wealthy foreign nationals to invest in our residential real estate market and are bidding up prices with all cash offers. No Angelenos can compete with that.

I'd love to live in Malibu...but I can't afford it. So I settle for the mountains.......... 😌

Let’s invest in affordable housing…while giving even more money to cops. Make it make sense.

I’m sure it has nothing to do with 50,000 unhoused people using LA streets as a toilet.

Maybe your friend Mark Ridley-Thomas can get her a “job” or at least a scholarship at USC.

We can invest in housing by divesting from law enforcement! Your plan calls for more cops tho, has a better plan

Agree, affordable housing for people who want to live and work here, and on good public transportation corridors. This is critical within city limits. PSH however, could be located on cheaper land, in unincorporated LA County, with access to medical, behavioral and rehab service
