I remember being in Black Lives Matter peaceful protest and march to the Capitol in D.C. a few years back. The crowd marched all the way to the steps of the Capitol. There was a moment in which I wondered if the crowd would try to go through the barricades. (1/N)
Several lawmakers came out to tell the Black Lives Matter Protest crowd to remain peaceful, and that they should continue to march, but march in the other direction. The crowd complied. It turned back and marched in the other direction. (2)
