as the ideological “Other side” to white nationalists like Jason Kessler.
Sadly, many in the mainstream media still view black people asking for equality and freedom from police brutality as radical or extreme.

Yes — the only way the pairing makes sense is by explicitly contrasting Kessler as a dangerous fool taking anyone he can down the path of genocide with people championing basic freedom, justice, & human rights. Otherwise it’s lethally dangerous media game of false equivalence.

I think many white people are unable to hear "black lives matter" without making it "only black lives matter", because they are so unable to imagine the necessity of having to say "black lives do matter"
