The CF has taken a lot of money from various people and maintained an A+ charity rating. They've taken that money and helped people.

I could give a fuck -- especially now -- whether they were doing it to curry favor with a future POTUS. She isn't POTUS.

If they gave money for that reason, they gambled it, and they gambled it poorly. All that money did was buy AIDS meds & water purification.

Shame on all of you, on the right AND the left, for making this a political issue. Fact #1: Harvey Weinstein harassed women.

Fact #2: Harvey Weinstein gave money to various charities throughout the years.

Fact #3: Fact #1 and Fact #2 are mutually exclusive.

Fact #4: Money isn't inherently dirty. Even money that is obtained in a deplorable manner can be passed to others and used for good.

When you can show me that money given by Harvey Weinstein or anyone else to CF was used for bad things, I'll ask they answer for it.

But I see nothing of the sort in the CF or CGI records, all which are publicly available for us to see.

And those of you who are making this a political issue are really doing a disservice to those who were victimized by Fact #1.

Any woman who was allegedly victimized by Harvey Weinstein did not come out so that you could use this as a political cudgel.

They came out to share their own stories, and they did it so that Hollywood would pay some attention to how women are treated.

That has been completely ignored as those on the far-left and those on the right have hijacked this for political purposes.

Every single person who uses this for political purposes is re-victimizing the women who came forward with these stories.

This is NOT about Republican or Democratic politics. This is about women. It's about how women are treated every day in the workforce.

And we're treated like that by men on each end of the political spectrum.

If you're making this about your own agenda instead of listening to @AshleyJudd or @rosemcgowan or the other victimized women, fuck you.

You don't get to steal this away from the strong women who've shared their stories. Not after this goddamn year. Not on my watch.

These women are not your playthings in a political battle. This is not about right or left. This is not about you. This is about them.

For once, just shut the fuck up and listen to what women are telling you. Let them do it without folding it into your own agenda.
