The videos still show up in my video manager but they can’t be edited. Is there another way to edit out the content that violated privacy without having to reupload the video? Or is there a way to dispute privacy reports?

You have an option to blur parts of the video that caused the complaint. However, that feature is not available if you are using YouTube Studio Beta. Try reverting to classic then edit your video. If it still didn't work, send a screenshot. More info here: https://yt.be/help/Q1CH

The videos are already down and theres no "Enhancements" tab where the blur tool is. Is there any way I can get these videos back up with the private content removed w/o having to reupload? Also is there a way to dispute privacy complaints that I think are fraudulent?pic.twitter.com/wrHWnpDEUe

Thanks for the info – you can no longer edit a video once it's been taken down due to Copyright violation. If you're sure the video was removed in error, you have the option to file a counter notification (note that this begins a legal process). More: https://yt.be/help/9Bk1

How do I file a counter notification against PRIVACY takedowns? This is different from a copyright takedown.

If you received a privacy complaint, this means the video will soon be reviewed. If there's no violation of our privacy guidelines found during the review process, then the video will remain up (and there's nothing to worry about)!

6 of my videos already been reviewed and taken down and i want to know if there’s a way to dispute it after that because the takedown is based on a 1 second image of a person’s face that happens to be public

You should've received an email detailing how you can resolve the complain with the timeline. We recommend you check that resource and use it to take the next steps. Hope this gets resolved soon!
