Not understanding...how can a tax increase just happen without a vote by both houses? Your headline makes it sound like we have to pass this bill to prevent a tax increase??

That’s because, without this enabling legislation, Kansans can’t get the benefit of the federal cut. She vetoed the way for us to benefit and that $$$ is going to be stolen and thrown in a fire unless her veto is overidden.
