Seriously @googleanalytics I'd venture a bet that 96+% of people using this feature are using it incorrectly. Why is it still so innocuously labeled? Why isn't it hiding deep within features most users never see???

@sitebulb is there a filter to remove data with this setting from getting married with crawl data? We have tons of 301'd URLs showing as the majority of our traffic profile in our crawl because of this artifact.

It's a setting in Google Analytics that will add a filename to every URL you crawl, eg index.html. If you ever try to fix it, you will permanently make it difficult to track year-over-year types of traffic changes to any given URL on your site.
