    Working with your tasks in FIFO (First In, First Out) order? Sorting column by task created date is useful when you want to minimize the risk of having tasks become too old. Avoid having some tasks get stuck in a column for a long time by sorting by date added to column.

    Never miss a deadline again. You can now get the due dates from multiple boards to show up in the same calendar view. Calendar feeds, which can be used to show due dates in for example Outlook and Google Calendar, now also have support for including multiple boards.

    Are you delivering on time to your customers? The due date performance chart shows the percentage of tasks that are completed on time. Use it to analyze whether changes to your work process led to improved on-time delivery.

    Stay on top of your due dates by enabling due date sorting on one or more of your columns. Tasks with due dates closest in time appear at the top of the column. Alternatively, you can sort a column by color. This can be useful if colors represent priority on your board.

    Show the total estimated hours or estimated points in a column, without the need to set a WIP limit. Open "Menu" > "Board layout" in the top right corner of the board. Then click on "..." > "Edit" for a column. Then change "Column sum" to "Estimated hours".

    Are many people involved in the same task? Is it difficult knowing which subtask should be done by who? Bring clarity by assigning a user to a subtask. Assigning a subtask will show the avatar of that user on the same line.

    Click on “...” for the subtask you would like to assign and select “Assign”.

    How much time did a specific task spend in different columns? With the new task metrics report, you can quickly answer that question. This enables you to reflect on completed tasks and gain insight into how you can shorten your lead and cycle times.

    Watching a column enables you to be notified for activity in the column. This is useful when you are responsible for a part of your team's workflow and want to stay on top of things. Right-click on the column name and select Watch to start watching. This is a premium feature.
