I'm pretty sure you have a virus, because I have never ever seen that screen on the YouTube site in my 10 years of using it. I recommend you install Malwarebytes from https://www.malwarebytes.com/ , run a full scan, and that should probably go away.
I found out that its only on chrome. I tried on Microsoft Edge and it worked fine. could it still be a virus?
Yes, you have an extension on Chrome. You could try to delete it, but without the virus scan, it could potentially come back if it's a nasty one.
