The reforms under Dodd-Frank were created to ensure greater accountability and enforcement of the big banks. Hard-working American families deserve to have the peace of mind that they aren't going to be duped by a system designed for big banks to profit at their expense.

When I was Attorney General, I saw firsthand the devastation of the financial crisis, with more than 150K CA families losing their homes to foreclosure. My team fought to make things right for them, and in 2012 we delivered a $20B settlement from the big banks to CA homeowners.
