In the real world, this would be like someone watching what you do, where you go, for how long, and with whom you’re with every day. For most, it would feel like an invasion of privacy.
Simple. Assume no privacy or get off Social Media.
Cool!!! Could it tell us where you were when you were supposed to be delivering the commencement address to the UC Berkeley Class of 2018!!! Having a nice brunch perhaps while 7,000 plus hard working students graduated without a speaker. We won’t forget!

It’s messed up because we know it’s possible to track all these things through technology. All the major tech companies do it from Google to Facebook, etc., which sort of dilutes our reasonable expectation of privacy when using such platforms. But there should be limits, period!
Are you suggesting limits on profiting off selling data to third parties? Like how much should we fine @HillaryClinton for selling campaign and Facebook data for $3,000,000 +? Shouldn't the fine be higher than the profit?
