@KamalaHarris I’m all for better pay for the teachers. But with better pay comes more responsibility. How about making pay DIRECTLY tied to student performance? Poor performing students year after year, DESERVE, a better teacher. Make it easier to fire teachers.#betterschools -
I get why this sounds reasonable if you’re not a public school teacher, but the teacher is only one of many variables that impacts performance.
