If by reform, you mean end the ability of Corps and wealthy individuals to buy politicians through large donations, then I agree. End Citizens United. Stop all money, other than small donations from the voting public, and you’ve got your democracy back, overnight.
Special interests and big corporations have spent millions to buy elections. This is wrong — we must reform our broken campaign finance system.

This should be the number one issue for all. Our voices no longer count. Only rich donors. We are no better than Russia with oligarchs, currying favor and decisions. Even buying a spot into the cabinet. Lobbyists, all of it stopped. The corruption would end
