Yeah, because we'd never do this to our 'own' children. Bu, But we have & we do. We also don't routinely provide them w/legal representaion. We provide them, when available, Court Appointed Special Advocates.

No. We are a nation of people. Laws are created by people to make our lives better. They are designed to prevent harm. They can, and should be changed, when they cause harm.

One common thread with those on the right is an utter lack of compassion. They talk about laws as if they’re handed down from God, and not created by some people. The rigidity and harshness in their thinking is disturbing.
