I don't know if American men were better in the past. It seems like US did have better leaders (Lincoln, FDR, Ike). But today's system is producing a male leadership that is highly corrupt, ineffectual, and frankly negligent. This will not change unless women assert themselves.

I'm no feminist, but these men in power have been so irresponsible & ineffective. Having more women in office could only make things better. Balance out the rabid testosterone which passes for leadership in today's world.
