During prohibition crimes were committed for alcohol. Resources were waisted policing distribution and use of alcohol, but still it was sold and used. The same is happening with marijuana. Marijuana isn’t anymore addictive than alcohol and have proven medicinal benefits.

Where can we find details of bill. All currently incarcerated people should be released. Their records expunged. Should they want to become involved in MJ business - states should waive any licensing fees for 1st 3 years following release. 2cents
