As far as I know, that would be addressed in an Army Field manual. For which Kamala has no authority. Leave those tactics to the men and women who face much more abusive methods by the terrorists who don't use rules. She will never be president!!

They were not legal. The opinion of a white house lawyer on enhanced interrogation did not make them legal. That was a serious assault on the 5th amendment.
