Today in the Judiciary Committee, we’re advancing legislation to dramatically limit Trump’s ability to fire special counsel Robert Mueller. From there, we need Republican leaders to schedule a vote. It’s time for Congress to stop stalling and protect the Russia investigation.

The good news is that Mueller and his team are preparing for a worst-case scenario by transferring investigations to the districts & departments that deal with those crimes. (eg IRS’ Tax Fraud Division) Presidents are not immune from prosecution for state and federal crimes.

Stop wasting American tax dollars. Mueller should have been fired months ago. A year and a half and he has nothing. Stop using Mueller as a political pawn for the November elections, America sees your games.
