Right on Ms. Harris but one of the reasons people voted to pass the marijuana law in Colorado was that a portion of tax on sales would go towards education. I call BS! Obviously, it is not happening.

God bless them. One of the arguments for legalizing marijuana was that we could tax it, and the money would go to our chronically underfunded schools here in Colorado. I have to question why the situation hasn't improved.
