Please tell me they did NOT vote Republican. It’s so frustrating when I hear of educators who supported tRump. What were/are they thinking?

It’s Oklahoma. All 77 counties went for Trump. I’m a small blue dot in a big red state. I do appreciate all the support for our Oklahoma teachers.

I hate to tell you this, but I’m a Californian educator and I only have 18 classroom textbooks for a class of 36. It’s a national epidemic. Ps. We don’t have a librarian at my high school... a high school of 2,232. We can’t afford to keep one.

Our teachers deserve much better. Their job is one of the most important jobs in this country yet they are paid nothing and they get no respect. Schools aren't givin the supplies they need nor teachers. Our country should be ashamed of the way we treat our teachers

I wish one of the teachers in Oklahoma would start a go fund me for their school/classrooms. I'm guessing they could raise some serious $$.

Copy machine and lots of paper is an easy temporary solution to the problem until Oklahoma decides educating children is a priority over other things the money is going to in its place.

We are rationed paper. So I can't make numerous copies bc I'll be out of paper. I run 2pages on 1 sheet to get double the allotted amount. It's constant cuts. All these decisions are made by ppl who don't step foot in a classroom but tell us our scores aren't high enough.
