I don't understand why these two trained men were so afraid of someone vandalizing cars? If they were that frightened, they should have called for backup. Why not ask the chopper to light his location? So many options... why?

ONE of the officers was Black and that's bad in and of itself, but the point is that there is a police culture that, no matter the race of the officer, perpetuates illegal, immoral violence against Black people.
