The regulatory agencies (USFWS, USACE, NMFS, EPA, RWQCBs, CDFW, CCC etc) should be adequately staffed to handle permit application load Finally, regulatory measures (such as where jurisdiction is set) should be clearly defined in written public guidance

Kamala’s tweet is a good example of what ecological thought is not (h/t
@the_eco_thought). We can’t “confront” hyperobjects like climate, “our environment” could never be “abandoned” (since we are it), and the “critical moment” was several decades ago. -
I was with you until the last point. It’s always already the critical moment to
#ActOnClimate. Even if we can’t save everybody anymore, we can still save a lot of people.
