Not possible to do that at a state-level right now considering all the money the feds take from California to subsidize welfare in red states, not to mention, Kamala Harris doesn't make laws for California.
Instead of wasting money on Donald Trump’s border wall, we should invest in domestic priorities like:
rebuilding our crumbling infrastructure
making college tuition-free
making healthcare a right
guaranteeing paid family and sick leave

Healthcare is indeed a right. I'm a Family Physician with 20 yrs experience and I'm tired of watching people die senseless deaths. The middle class often can't afford life saving tests and treatments. Medicare for all must become a reality.

Absolutely! Let's post our national guards, on a three month rotating basis, at our Southern and Northern borders, instead of wasting $25+ billion on an always "penetrable" wall. Not only that they get to sharpen their skills, they get to stop unlawful border crossings.
