The gun debate needs a new moniker. It's probably the NRA that labeled it gun control. That's a lot scarier than regulation or simply rules. Reframe the debate as Gun Regulation. It's what the writers of the Bill of Rights said, "well-regulated".
Congress needs to learn from the courage of the Stoneman Douglas High School students and stand up to the gun lobby. Cowering in fear instead of taking action to address the gun violence epidemic is just plain wrong.

- We need to address the root cause of this which is campaign finance reform via Citizen’s United, which creates a never ending cycle of fund raising by candidates and allows our politicians to be bought and paid for by organizations like the NRA on behalf of gun manufacturers.

Kamala, you never have said anything about Chicago, Philly or orther cities with high kill rates. Why? Florida was tragic, but the firearm was a tool used by a jerk that the authorities knew about and did nothing. Blame them!
