yeah, that's it, people making minimum wage just refuse to work hard. i bet you think rich people are rich because they work super hard and god loves them more, right?
Together we can build an economy where the minimum wage is an actual living wage — and no person who works 40 hours a week is forced to live in poverty.

In many small towns and cities, minimum wage jobs in restaurants and stores are the only jobs available.

That will include the people we have charged with educating our children to prepare them for life and work. Particularly in the deep South, salaries for teachers are disgraceful. We demand they teach our kids, hours of grading papers, tests, projects and get paid slave wages. WV!
