Howard Nielson, a nominee for the District Judge for the District of Utah, has a history of working against LGBTQ equality, which raises serious concerns about whether he’d be able to adjudicate cases in a fair and impartial manner. I voted against his nomination yesterday.

Nielson's biggest problem, in the eyes of Harris is that he isn't a member of any of the identities she is currently favoring or pandering to. This lightweight senator is intent on carving out special rights for some in her drive to divide Americans.
