Well, this is good to know. My boy works in nuclear and I worry about the issues already there. The horrific possibilities for disaster will come true if the NRC and EPA continue to turn a blind eye and to further erode the safety standards.......disaster looms.

An important element of decommissioning is making our private energy companies pay for their mistakes and not pass the cost on to the ratepayers. We really need to make utilities public again. Private utilities are a joke.

I read the article, sounds good, but what else does it do and or allow for? That statement is way too short and can't tell the whole story of what the act entails. Always other appropriations tacked onto these bills before they get rammed down our throats. God I love twitter.
