Amazing how an ID is considered a barrier or racist. You need it for driving, getting a job, opening a bank account, getting housing, cashing a check, etc. but oh no, not for voting. Smh

I just found out about Smith vs. Albright this week -- when SCOTUS (in 1944) overturned the TX law that permitted barring all non-whites from voting in primary elections. Wow.
