I think you have lost comprehension of the definition of rights and privileges. Rights are found in the Constitution. I never seen the phrase “black feminist” in the Constitution!

I too suffered a post partum myocardial infarction aka heart-o brought about by stress of pregnancy. Had no idea this was possible until it happened to me. Not spoken of in maternity books or by med professionals. Why?
