Do you ever have a cogent thought? Exploration technology has improved immeasurably in 40 years. More oil naturally “spills” into the ocean daily than in any accidental oil spill in history.

Technology may have changed but cleanup hasn't. DT just removed the safety requirement that keeps our oceans pristine and the way people are compensated for loss due to negligence.
