The individual mandate is Obamacare’s beating heart, once that is eliminated in essence Obamacare will go down the tube. When millions stop buying these onerous policies the ACA will be a thing of the past. So yes it is essentially repealed

Exactly. And now insurance companies will be forced to be competitive. While the mandate was in place and people were forced to buy, the insurance companies could charge any premiums they wanted. How do libs think ridding us of an unconstitutional tax is bad?

Sadly the affordable care act is neither affordable nor does it care I work full-time for 30 years and in the past two years I've fallen $7000 in med debt because there's so much that's just not covered anymore. The ACA put everything on the backs of the middle class!

The fact is, the part of obamacare that forced people to buy insurance, at exorbitant prices, has been repealed. Citizens being penalized for not buying what he was selling is what was nullified "essentially" repealing obamacare
