Suzi at least get your facts straight. CA is #1 for Income taxes (13.3%) but on the low side for property taxes. (0.81%). California is ranked #25 by US News for Education. (#3 for Higher and #45 for K-12). Businesses aren't leaving either. 2.1 million jobs created
