Also, doesn't the bill need to be re-scored now that all of the extra personally-enriching pork was added? There's no way it's still under $1.5 trillion.

Please suggest they take that $1.5 Trillion and just turn it into an infrastructure bill instead. The Amtrak accident, the power outage shutting down Atlanta's airport, our electric grid, roads, and bridges are all more important than paying off rich donors!
