No, it’s a tax plan for the rich. Does very little for the middle class except take away what little healthcare they get. Corporations are sitting on trillions of dollars right now. Not helping wages is it? Hiring? Doesn’t mean anything. They hire when they have demand.

Permanency is not the issue. Putting the costs on people who need help while providing benefits to corporations who don't need help is the issue. It's also morally corrupt.
