Repeal may have passed but it's not going to be implemented right away, and I've heard that it might get struck down in courts. Cross your fingers for a ton of lawsuits after this unpopular outcome.

Yes, that's true. They need to investigate the 2 million fake comments, too, many from Russian accounts. This was a shady move. We have to fight this.
