Trump team's diversionary tactics seem to be working. Current emergencies: CHIP, DACA, Net Neutrality, ACA, stopping cuts to Medicare/Medicaid/Social Security, stop any drilling in ANWR, stop any reduction in National Monuments ... seriously, these are all important right now.

That's not even a complete list. Russian interference, voter suppression legislation, attacks on choice and birth control, taking away fed $ for public education, reduction in food stamps, increased rhetoric about war, reduced emphasis on clean energy, no push for gun safety.
