Your assumption is that capitalism functions for every consumer despite their income without proper constraints. Companies will cater to highest bidders and ignore the needs of everyone else. No liability, no constraints = oppression. Would you have your government be that way?

yes ... I just called. My rural area now is getting High Speed fiber Internet access through our Electric Co-op. Finally a non big business access to the internet as it should be. A public utility.
