No surprise indeed. You know what happens when you give tax cuts to middle class and poor? We spend it. Know why? Because we need essentials. Sure there is saving but when you make little and get a break you spend it bc you've been sacrificing.

Senator Harris, you do realize what "shareholder" means right? That means ANYONE who owns stock in that company. Many of whom are the workers of that company, the people with 401(k)s and stock options for their retirement. OF COURSE they should be giving to shareholders

Idiot. Show me the percentage of Coca Cola or Monsanto workers who are stockholders. Percentage of 401ks that are tied to the stocks of their employers dividends. Dividends don’t affect 401ks.
