I’d rather have free healthcare and higher taxes.
Here’s a suggestion: Instead of giving corporations a big tax cut, let’s give the middle class a real, permanent tax cut.

Seriously, I don't mind paying taxes if it goes to improving everyone's life. Corporations and rich people should feel the same way. If they don't then they are not patriots.

I am not even looking for a tax cut. I would rather see the spending priorities changed. More on education and research, less on “defense”, prisons, fossil fuel supports.

Imagine that... putting money back into the hands of the vast majority who will actually spend it in this country rather than hide it offshore. Sad that that's a novel concept right now.
