The FCC released their plan yesterday to repeal #NetNeutrality
. I have confidence that if enough of us come together in the next several weeks, we can make our voices and save the internet. The board is voting on December 14. Call Congress now: (202) 224-3121.

I did. My theory is that her office can point to all of the people calling as evidence that the people really don't want this.

NY AG says that 100,000's of public comments were submitted to the FCC using fake/stolen U.S. citizen identities. This represents massive, organized, and illegal interference with the public's right to petition the government.

Real world, possible scenario ... if Verizon is your internet provider, they could force your search engine to be Yahoo! (which they own). If you want to use Google instead, they could charge you for it and make your searches run slower. That's why net neutrality is important.
