Not “delayed in the mail”, they were DELIVERED on time. “Good news” would be if they processed the applications THEY ALREADY HAVE, not requiring needless resubmission. Can we NOT normalize this harassment & discrimination from DC??

but, um.... why is it necessary to resubmit new applications, not just process the applications that arrived? fwiw, so much of this shit would be resolved by allowing online submission; if physical signature required, ugh, but no reason for delaying processing.
