That’s not the purpose of a minim wage job! Working at McDonalds isn’t suppose to be a career.
The federal minimum wage should be a living wage. $7.25 an hour is not enough to keep a roof over your head.

Actually, it is the purpose of the minimum wage, at least according to FDR. It was created to be a living wage for adults.

This is the truth. The GOP has pushed hard 2 destroy unions, presided over the mass deportation of American jobs and were willing to do it again with the auto industry had Obama not stepped in--continue a charade of being the friend of working people. GOP=enemy of a living wage.

Minimum wage jobs are minimum skill jobs...mostly kids working while in school...minimum wage to 15.00 will stop motivation to better urself
