yes but it's not bc we need everyone to take a trade job or bc college isnt important for some ppl. big society, many needs.

and i guarantee, w/o fixing the real probs w/ secondary ed, trade schools will suffer the same prob as 4 yr. Many currently do.

Oh, it's not the government, It's banks. The government actually loses $ because of the guarantees. But gov't/lobbyists caused $ skimming.
