What does Medicaid have to do with hungry children?

They are taking away/reducing school funds for low income children; Medicaid cuts. Do catch up. This has been announced some weeks ago.

I know this stuff. Medicaid has nothing to do with food. Neither does school funding. So how are kids dying from these programs?
