California is essentially bankrupt due to #Democratic mismanagement. There is no money left to make the minuscule decrease in smog.

Thanks CA. I am old enough to remember the haze that descended onto the east coast cities. Clean air & water are essential to healthy lives.

Thank goodness. I remember the LA smog, it was horrible. People who think it's ok to loosen the restrictions need just a day of that smog.
