While i love education and am a professor i will state this; college is not for everybody. Many skilled labor jobs exist.
In California, 38% of jobs will require a bachelor's degree or more by 2020. That’s why I joined my colleagues in pushing for #CollegeForAll

Not all student should go to college. We also need plumbers and welders. They are also important.

They're not implying forcing everyone to go to college. Just making it more easily available to the ones who want to.
