This is wrong. We must fight to include sexual orientation and gender identity as protected classes in the Civil Rights Act.
In many places across the country, it’s still legal for businesses and institutions to discriminate against members of the LGBT community.

and in California, employers can still discriminate against medical marijuana users, something else we much change.
