There are only two Supreme Court justices that DID NOT get approved by 60 votes from the senate. Gorsuch - 54 Kavanaugh- 50 Both Obama’s justices had over 60 votes. Republicans changed this rule, not Democrats.
Trump’s hand-picked successor to Justice Ginsburg’s seat makes it clear: they intend to destroy the Affordable Care Act & overturn Roe. This selection would move the court further right for a generation & harm millions of Americans. I strongly oppose Judge Barrett’s nomination.

The truth is, sadly, Democrats changed the rules for lower court federal judges. Back then I opined it was a mistake. It gave GOP the excuse it needed.
